| Luella turns 3 |
Luella celebrated her third birthday at Khunamokwst Park in the Cully neighborhood. We met up at in the morning (November 2) for play time, coffee and donuts. It was chilly but dry and lots of friends played together and wished Lu a very happy birthday!
Veteran's Day (November 11) landed on a Wednesday this year, and Christy, Luella, Maddy and I decided to take advantage of the day off school/work and headed to the Oregon coast Tuesday afternoon for an overnight adventure. We stayed at the Seaside Inn, which was a great place with a pool and a hot tub, breakfast included and only a short jaunt to the beach. We splurged a bit and stayed in a suite so Christy and I could hang out after Lu and Maddy went to sleep. We enjoyed time at the beach, a walk around Seaside and a ride on the town's Merry-Go-Round. A short but very fun trip! Both girls were pretty sleepy by the time we headed home on Wednesday.
