| Carson, Maddy and THE SCREAM! |
Maddy, Steve and I met up with Carson's family (Carson, James, Malena and Graham) at Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) for the annual TAG (Talented and Gifted) event to see the amazing Lego exhibit. It was lots of fun!
Maddy, Steve and I also headed to the Skaarcox home (Eric, Emily, Audrey and Ella) to see the girls now that they are home. It was great to see all of them and for Maddy to meet the girls.
Steve and I enjoyed a date night and went on a neighborhood pub crawl.
Maddy and I went to a SURPRISE birthday party for Maddy's friend Daniel and it was super fun! Boy, was he surprised! Daniel is one of Maddy's friends from ChildRoots so it was fun to see some of those folks again.
Maddy's school, Vestal, had their annual Talent/Fashion Show which was interesting to see! The kids played music and then the fashion show began. Some of Maddy's friends were in the show and Maddy was excited to see them.
And a little family update included at the end. Joel and Anali went to China and they got to see the Great Wall, but soon thereafter Anali hurt her knee quite badly and spent three days in the hospital before heading home to heal. Also included is a new Thurnau family photo, egg decorating with Benjamin, Gabi and Amy, and Benjamin's robotics.
